  • 1 stick of margarine
  • 1 large bag of cauliflower
  • 1 large bag of broccoli
  • 1 ½ cups of shelf stable or canned evaporated milk
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour

  1. Pre-cook cauliflower and broccoli and place in a 9x 13 casserole dish with flour. Spread evenly.
  2. Melt margarine and mix with crushed crackers.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix milk, mayo and cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour milk mixture over hot cauliflower and broccoli. Stir gently to coat the broccoli and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker and butter mixture over everything.
  6. Place under the oven broiler until golden brown.
